You can bring in any food from a licensed caterer (examples: Jimmy Johns, Hitching Post, Hy-Vee, Varsity Pub, Main-Stay, etc.) We can help you find a local caterer at your request. We ask that homecooked foods not be brought in due to food safety.

We do not supply tables and chairs for expo booths but can supply you with rental contacts upon request. Beachers can also be pulled out for additional seating.

We have audio and video equipment and a 25 x 14 ft HD video board as well as high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi access.

Yes, a COI is needed if booking the expo floor and ice rinks. If you are not having alcohol on-site and booking the Bluepeak or Meeting room, a COI is not needed.

Marshall has multiple local & chain coffee shops that are just down the road and offer bulk coffee orders.

Our staff will come in and clean after your event!

We have a street level loading dock with a 20-foot overhead door and drive in access to the expo floor.
