With endless possibilities for decorations and set up, this facility can help you achieve your dreams—both large and small. The arena floor can seat up to 800 people banquet style and offers additional features like a 25 x 14 foot Daktronics video board.

Red Baron Arena & Expo also offers additional meeting rooms for smaller gatherings or parties, such as bridal showers. See the table below for rental rates and information.

Day before set up and day after tear down during business hours is included. Set up or tear down times after 5pm will be $50/hour.

The Bluepeak Club Room and the Meeting Room in Red Baron Arena are great smaller spaces for your pre-wedding parties. With features like counter space and the flexibility of set up, the smaller spaces make for great intimate gatherings.

Complimentary Services & Amenities

At Red Baron Arena & Expo, you’ll have flexability of set up and tear down, an audio package with a microphone, and wireless internet.

Policies

Decor & Facility Policy

Décor is to be provided by the renter. Candle centerpieces are acceptable, provided the candles are enclosed by glass (i.e. votive candles, floating candles, hurricane lamps, etc.). Please no crepe paper, rice, glitter, or confetti. A lift is available onsite for ceiling décor. Must be operated by Red Baron Arena staff.

Food & Beverage Policy

Food and beverage may be brought in by a licensed caterer. Due to contractual rights, only Schwan’s branded pizza and ice cream, as well as Coca Cola brand beverages are allowed in the facility.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol can be brought in through an off-site liquor license. Liquor can also be brought in by the renter for parties with less than 500 people. If alcohol is brought in by the renter, it cannot be sold. See city ordinance below.

Article II. Division 1. Section 6-21.
“Except as provided by law, no person may directly or indirectly, on any pretense or by anydevice, sell, barter, keep for sale, charge for possession, or otherwise dispose of alcoholicbeverages as part of a retail commercial transaction without having obtained a license.”

To reserve the space, a 50% deposit is required along with a signed contract.
All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due prior to the event date.
