To reserve the space, a 50% deposit is required along with a signed contract.
All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Visit Marshall offers grants, bags, help with name badges, printing, etc.
The Red Baron Arena Staff would be happy to help you get the number of tables & chairs that you need for your event.
We have a street level loading dock with a 20-foot overhead door and drive in access to the convention floor.
The Red Baron does not have a stage, but the city of Marshall does offer one, Red Baron Staff would be happy to help add that to your Red Baron Reservation.
You can bring in any food from a licensed caterer (examples: Jimmy Johns, Hitching Post, Hy-Vee, Varsity Pub, Main-Stay, etc.) We can help you find a local caterer at your request. We ask that homecooked foods not be brought in due to food safety.
We have audio and video equipment and a 25 x 14 ft HD video board as well as high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi access.
Our staff will come in and clean after your event!
