Conventions at Red Baron Arena & Expo

The Red Baron Arena & Expo accommodates events large and small. From birthday parties to a home and garden show, our staff is here to assist you! For your smaller events, our meeting room can be split in half. Or, if you have a banquet or trade show to plan, our exposition floor can fit 800 banquet rounds. Red Baron Arena has complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the entire building to help make technological additions to your meetings as seamless as possible.

Action Arena

The Action Arena transforms into an arena floor during offseason, and opens up opportunities for all kinds of events. The arena floor has been the site of weddings, sports tournaments, banquets, and large meetings.

The Action Arena Floor has built in bleachers to accommodate up to 1,800 people when pulled out and paired with seating also available on the floor. A 25x14 ft HD video board is also available in this space. Large products can easily be brought onto the arena floor with use of our street level loading dock and 20-foot overhead door. Vendors can drive onto the arena floor to place necessary set up items.

Bluepeak Club Room

The Bluepeak Club Room overlooks the Action Arena Floor and can be set up in many different arrangements. The room is equipped with wired internet and comes with use of a projector and podium. The Bluepeak Club Room has a 400 square foot kitchenette connected with a sink and refrigerator.

The Bluepeak Club Room can seat 75 in a classroom set up, or 100 when set up with banquet round tables. It is perfect for medium-sized groups.

Meeting Rooms

Our meeting room is a versatile room that can be divided into two rooms for smaller meetings and parties. This room is on the main level of the building and has easy access from the main doors. The meeting rooms provide a smaller space for more intimate gatherings of less than 40 people, if the rooms are combined. The meeting rooms include a white board for meeting use, as well as counter space and a usable sink. The room set up is easily customizable to what your meeting or small event needs.

To reserve the space, a 50% deposit is required along with a signed contract.
All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
